I think Prof Frick*Y is really good. He is very clear and thorough and does not mind going slowly through the material to make sure everyone understands. Somehow he made what would be a boring subject (statutory interpretation - don't be fooled by the title "legislation" its all about statutory interpretation) interesting. It is also extremely relevant and helpful for other classes (interpreting the UCC, for example).
The nitty gritty:
He has panels on call for each class by alphabet. So you are on call at most twice the whole semester. Usually he just talks himself but occasionally he will engage a student for the whole class.
Reading is not too bad maybe 40 pgs per week for two class meetings.
