Construction Law (Al. Harr*s)
The course will cover the relationships between the parties involved in the design and construction process; the key provisions to be included in construction and design contracts; the allocation of responsibilities for the timely completion of the project in accordance with the design intent; the obligations and protections for subcontractors and suppliers; and the means of resolving disputes between the parties involved in the construction process.
