Had T*lley for Corp I and thought his class great. Prof is very approachable, clear and engaging. The final, however, was one of the hardest I've taken. I came into class with almost 0 biz/finance background, find I actually enjoy reading the WSJ.
Egotistical, chauvinistic, and blow-hard all come to mind. I was looking forward to Corp I, and it was easily the worst class I had. Hopefully his absence from Boalt will become permanent!
I do not understand where comments like 5:23 come from. I don't se those traits at all.
He is quirky, but (to me) that's about all. Just my two cetns . . .
